Planet Rutabaga

23’I was tasked with creating a logo and some subtle branding for a fruit or vegetable based business. Deciding to go with something unique and less explored I went with the rutabaga. Creating the concept and idea for a resturant that is based solely on rutabaga based dishes is what I came up with. 

Being all about the vegetable itself I wanted it to be part of the logo while still incorporating the name of the business. Figuring out the main features that seperates the rutabaga from other vegetables helped to create many different ideations to reference for the final design.

The color palette is representative of the two main colors of the vegetable.
